krikay Terms and Conditions

krikay is an online gaming and betting platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between krikay and its users. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the platform.

krikay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

1.1 Applicable Law

The applicable law will be followed in the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their own area.

1.2 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms will be considered the original version, and in the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali text will take precedence.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use the krikay platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, the same address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed immediately and any earned bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure. If any information changes, notify krikay support immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

krikay may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or for account verification:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

If documents are not submitted, withdrawals may be delayed or suspended.

2.5 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

krikay offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

3.4 VIP and Cashback

krikay has 5 VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on krikay using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

• All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• The payment method used for the deposit must be registered in your name.
• Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If wagering on any active bonus is not completed, withdrawals may be delayed.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to provide the correct account number and information at the time of the transaction. krikay is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information. Contact support for any transaction issues.

5.1 Game Results

All games on krikay are operated on a fair play basis. Game results are determined by technology and krikay does not interfere with any outcome. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, it will be settled according to the rules determined by the system.

5.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket:

• Once a bet amount is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded, unless specific conditions apply.
• krikay reserves the right to change odds at any time.
• If suspicious activity is found in any event, the bet may be voided.

5.3 Technical Issues

If the result of any game is abnormal due to a server or software error, krikay reserves the right to void that result. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the account.

• Your information is not sold to third parties.
• Information is not shared except upon a lawful request from a relevant law enforcement agency.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krikay platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or fraudulently claiming bonuses.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using or renting out a third party's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Harassing or insulting other users.
• Registering with false information.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and possible legal action.

krikay accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• A game remaining incomplete due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Delays or issues related to third-party services (payment gateways).
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• Any loss resulting from a user not reading the terms and conditions.

krikay always strives to provide uninterrupted service, but cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons.

9.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Before making the request, ensure that your account has no active bets or pending transactions. Withdraw any existing balance before closure.

9.2 Closure at krikay's Initiative

krikay may close any account for the following reasons:

• Serious breach of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing false identity or information.
• Long-term inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

9.3 After Account Closure

After account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the associated payment method, unless the account was closed due to a violation of the rules.

krikay reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
